TRUST
Long-term trust, clear ownership, and help reaching your goals
Marketing, automation, and hosting that hold up in real operations. We learn from customers and field practice, and put transparency and long-term fit before a quick deal.
How we work with you
Plain language first, depth on demand: basics in a normal conversation, with room to explore what it means for your business, sector, and budget. Marketing guidance where it fits your scope, so your message, trust, and ROI stay intact.
Packages flex as pressure, maturity, and compliance context differ. We aim for long-term work with the right customers, improve continuously, and judge satisfaction in dialogue, not slide theatre.
Cygrids: Swedish quality in the platform layer
For always-on and production-style workloads we partner with Cygrids: Swedish data-centre operations, an audit-friendly chain, and a real partner to talk to when the pager fires. We place your runtime in a facility we can reason about, with network and firewall controls, patch cadence, and alignment to your governance needs. The exact current ISO/SOC details live in Cygrids’ own public material, we attach what procurement needs when the moment comes.
Infrastructure
Swedish data centres – why location matters
For always-on automation and production data, where workloads actually run shapes governance, incident response, and how confidently you can answer regulators and customers. Hosting in established Swedish facilities usually yields a clearer EU chain of custody, a shorter path to an operator who can act on outages and capacity in your time zone, and less ambiguity about which legal regime applies—compared with spreading the same load across arbitrary cloud regions.
- Clearer answers on processing location and operational accountability when incidents or audits happen.
- Stronger footing for access logs, DPAs, and supplier registers when you must show how data is handled end to end.
- For Nordic teams: more predictable latency and handoffs without vague global follow-the-sun support paths.
The seals below are Cygrids’ certifications: our data-centre and infrastructure partner’s, not IWAB’s. They describe how Cygrids runs the platform layer where your workloads may sit.
ISO 27001
Read more: ISO 27001
ISO 27001 is an international standard for information security management systems. It shows that Cygrids uses disciplined processes to manage and protect sensitive data through systematic risk management and governance.
ISO 9001
Read more: ISO 9001
ISO 9001 is the international standard for quality management systems. Cygrids’ certification means delivery and service processes in the platform layer follow a documented QMS, with a focus on customer requirements, compliance, and continual improvement.
Based in Sweden
Read more: Based in Sweden
The mark calls out a Swedish home base: Cygrids operates in a clear EU/Nordic context, with the supervisory and contract environment that implies, and often easier incident dialogue in your time zone. It complements the ISO marks with a location signal that states where the operator actually runs its platform—not a separate ISO, but a deliberate country mark.
Where the seal shows A3CERT, certification is issued by A3CERT.
The diagram is illustrative; physical sites and technical scope follow Cygrids and your agreement.
Value, not noise
Trust and repeated outcomes: impact in numbers and the workweek, time saved, fewer errors, clearer trails. When things break: clear comms, recovery, and learning, not blame shifting. That keeps the relationship sustainable for both sides.
Field, sales, and systems in one line
IWAB combines field sales, B2B/B2C work, events, marketing, and hands-on consulting. We keep customer context and systems thinking in the same workflow, so real needs become practical automation, clearer messaging, and measurable follow-up.
Automation, consulting, and sustainable systems
Consulting starts in your reality before a contract: which problem should go, which KPIs matter, who lives in the flow? Then: sustainable systems (time, quality, compliance) and clear ops where needed.
No magic: separate repeatables, human-in-the-loop, and models that earn their keep, an operating model with owners, not a tool pile.
Consulting & hire-in
Consulting
System maps, flows, metrics, compliance, clarity on what should change before a contract. When execution starts: automation, n8n, APIs, web, CRM, pipeline, sequenced to your problem, not a tool checklist.
Hire-in (embed IWAB in the assignment)
Hire-in means you book our hours where they move the outcome: build, break-fix, releases, and backlog work alongside you. Clear scope and caps; long relationships should rest on value, not lock-in feeling.
SOC 2, Schrems II, GDPR: evidence beats slogans
In the EU/EEA, “trust” usually means lawful basis, demonstrable control (registers, access, logs), and safeguards when data moves, especially if a processor sits in another country.
SOC 2 is a common U.S. cloud attestation (e.g. access, availability) but it does not replace GDPR or your own accountability. When data leaves the EU/EEA, DPAs, SCCs, transfer risk, and sub-processor visibility move up the agenda; Schrems II tightened third-country rigour. Aim for governance you can evidence, not deck optimism.
Primary EU sources and guidance
This is not legal advice, we link to primary sources so the same question does not turn into three conflicting stories in three meetings.
- GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), text, Core rules for processing, rights, and accountability.
- EDPB: international transfers guidelines (2.0), Third countries, safeguards, and supervision.
- EU Commission: Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), Common mechanism when data leaves the EU/EEA.
- CJEU judgment in Case C-311/18 (Schrems II), text (EUR-Lex), Why some international flows face deeper scrutiny.
Industry frameworks that show up in procurement
- AICPA/CIMA: SOC suite overview, SOC 2 and related reports are vendor assurances; they are not a substitute for GDPR and your own evidence.
Three themes we anchor on
Clarity & guidance
- Simple entry, deeper walkthroughs when you ask for consequences.
- Go-to-market view aligned to your scope; pace matches solo team vs formal procurement.
Platform & partners
- Cygrids as Swedish ops; clear who answers the pager on alarms.
- Responsibility split in proposals; long-term fit over a one-day launch.
Security & sustainable ops
- Access, logs, retry, HITL; start from a data map for personal data and third countries.
- Incident and recovery paths documented before go-live when the flow is critical.
