How we work

Over the last two years, IWAB has been built through a mix of our own work and shared delivery with partners. Early on, the idea resembled a more traditional marketing agency, but the path landed elsewhere: a company built around automation, clear ownership, and infrastructure that still runs when the week gets loud. Along the way we have tested in multiple industries, compared many real-world solutions, and, together with partners and selected consultants, shaped what IWAB is today. We care about simple, smooth day-to-day operations together with measurable outcomes, and we try to end every engagement, short or long, with both sides feeling respected. We work in Sweden and Europe where we have the right conditions for stable delivery. We do not need to own the full chain, but we take full responsibility for the part we commit to and stay explicit about what sits outside scope.

Phases, in short

Short phases you can track in real delivery.

    Current state, dependencies, timeline, and a clear definition of done. Sometimes conversation before a binding contract is the right move.

    Surfaces, pricing logic, risk where a third party sits in the chain, and metrics that follow through to review.

  3. Build & trace

    Integrate, test, alert, log, so operations show up, not just the demo.

  4. Go-live & run

    Handover, ownership, follow-up, and explicit change control after launch when reality shifts the plan.
